5. Procurement requirements:
(1) Project location: No. 9 Jinping Road, Wujin Economic Development Zone, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province
(2) Quality level requirement: According to relevant national acceptance standards and the purchaser's requirements, the one-time acceptance is qualified
(3) Safety objective: Qualified. Implement the current national and industry standards for safety production and civilized construction inspection and evaluation.
(4) Delivery period: Complete the development and renovation filing within 5 calendar days after signing the contract, and complete the project construction within 60 calendar days after obtaining the purchaser's entry permit (subject to grid connected power generation).
(5) The overall warranty period for the photovoltaic power generation construction of this project is 2 years (starting from the date of signing and confirming the completion acceptance report). 25 years of operation and maintenance services after passing the grid connection acceptance. The contract is signed every 5 years, and the purchaser has the right to decide whether to renew the next round of the contract based on the assessment results.
(6) The scope of this bidding includes but is not limited to various system and supporting surveys, project development and reform filing, design, and access systems; Procurement, transportation, and management of project equipment and materials; The construction preparation, construction, installation, commissioning, production, quality supervision, and completion acceptance (including special acceptance of archives, occupational health and safety, etc.) of various system engineering and other supporting projects (new operation and maintenance steel ladders are built according to the roof conditions of the building); Rectification of occupational health and safety special acceptance contents during project implementation; After project acceptance and handover, the warranty period service and 25 year operation and maintenance service are provided to achieve the "three simultaneities" of fire protection, safety facilities, labor safety and health, and environmental protection. Construction coordination, policy handling arising from construction, temporary land use, technical training, and other services are all included in the procurement scope (see bidding documents for details).

(2) Having the third level or above qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction, and possessing a valid safety production license.
(3) Having a license for installation (repair, testing) of power facilities issued by the national power regulatory department, with a license category and level of five or above for installation, repair, testing of power facilities;
(4) The person in charge of the construction project must have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, and possess a valid safety production assessment certificate (B certificate).
(5) Please provide copies of the corresponding qualification certificates and the payment vouchers for the social basic pension insurance paid by the registered unit for the past three months (starting from the bidding deadline) issued by the social security institution, stamped with the official seal. After winning the bid, the project leader cannot be changed.

10. Risk Reminder:
